Proposal Evaluation
Once your proposal is received, BARD will send an acknowledgement. Proposals are evaluated based on scientific merit and available
resources. You may be contacted with questions or request for clarification. Once the review is complete, you will be contacted
with a decision.
Please note that Davol cannot fund the following activities or study proposals:

Studies that do not have a protocol or synopsis
|
|

Studies that do not plan to obtain IRB approval
|
|
• |
Travel or registration fees to conference for presentations
|
|
• |
Support for ongoing clinical programs that are part of your
organization'sroutine operations
|

• |
Purchases of capital equipment unrelated to study or that would
generate revenue
|
|
• |
Study expenses or other payments that are not adequately
documented or that are not consistent with fair market value
|
|
• |
Construction of new facilities
|
|
• |
Hiring of staff or payment of overhead expenses not dedicated to study |
|
